‘Nutcrackers’ at Holiday Celebration

Four different “Nutcracker”-based performances, the legendary gospel group the Clara Ward Singers, and groups sharing holiday traditions from such nations as Mexico, South Korea and People’s Republic of China, will be showcased at the Los Angeles County Arts Commission’s 39th annual holiday celebration, Dec. 24 from 3 to 9 p.m. at the Music Center.
The first part, from 3 to 5 p.m., will be geared toward families, including performances by children’s groups.
Admission and parking are free. Doors open at 2:30 p.m.
The program will be televised live on KCET.
