Redevelopment Panel Members Certified

Community members who will serve on a committee to oversee proposed redevelopment in West Anaheim have been elected and certified by the City Council.
Representatives of the PAC are Carol Cushing of CDC Properties; Joan Oakley of Columbia/West Anaheim Medical Center; John Pester of New Life Homes; and resident Katherine Tikker.
Other members include Robert Carter Jr. of the Orange Avenue Homeowners Assn.; Michael Reetz of the West Anaheim Neighborhood Development Council; and Esther Wallace of the West Anaheim Better Business and Concerned Citizens group.
Members will be responsible for reviewing all documents relating to forming a redevelopment plan and advising the council, redevelopment agency and housing commission on the planning and policy for the project.
A redevelopment plan is expected to be presented to the council in June.
