Nihon Kohden, Tenet Sign Pact

IRVINE — Nihon Kohden America Inc. said Friday that it signed a three-year agreement to supply a family of electroencephalographs and other diagnostic equipment to Tenet Healthcare Corp. and members of its BuyPower group purchasing organization.
Financial terms weren’t disclosed.
Nihon Kohden provides neurology, cardiology and patient monitoring products. Tenet Healthcare provides health care services through 125 acute care hospitals and related businesses.
