TV Academy to Host Panel on Programming

The Academy of Television Arts & Sciences’ activities committee will present a panel discussion titled “Convergence: New Programming for New Technologies,” on Thursday at 7:30 p.m. at the academy’s Leonard H. Goldenson Theatre, 5220 Lankershim Blvd., North Hollywood.
The panel will include executives who are developing and producing programming for both television and interactive environments. Executive producers of the event are Mat Tombers, executive vice president of Chambers Productions, and Shawn Hardin, vice president and executive producer for NBC Digital Productions.
The event will be followed by a reception at 9:30. Tickets are $15.
