Fidelity Swaps Stock for Micro Share

Fidelity National Financial Inc. said it has completed the sale of a subsidiary to Tustin-based Micro General Corp. in a stock swap that gives Fidelity an 81% stake in Micro.
In the deal, valued at $6.9 million, Micro General company takes control of ACS Systems Inc., a developer of escrow software. Irvine-based Fidelity is the nation’s largest title insurer.
