Right-handed reliever Brian Sweeney was promoted by the JetHawks after Sunday’s game to double-A New Haven of the Eastern League.
Sweeney had 14 strikeouts in 9 1/3 innings and a 6.75 earned-run average with the JetHawks.

Outfielder Bryan Warner, who played at Glendale College, has signed with the Duluth-Superior Dukes of the independent Northern League.
Warner last season played with Class A Salem (Rockies) of the Carolina League.
