Orange County Supervisor Cynthia Coad will be the guest speaker at tonight’s meeting of the West Anaheim Better Businesses and Concerned Citizens. Coad, who represents the 4th District and lives in west Anaheim, is expected to discuss the future of a former dump site, known as “Sinkin’ Lincoln,” at Lincoln Avenue and Beach Boulevard. She will also talk about the county’s role in the unincorporated areas in west Anaheim.
