County Supervisor Tom Wilson, who represents the 5th District, has appointed a Tustin resident to the Animal Control Advisory Board. Robert Newman, an attorney at Newman & Newman in Santa Ana, will serve as the at-large representative to the Board of Supervisors for a two-year term that ends Feb. 1, 2001.
