* Whitney Houston, right, will make her first L.A. appearance in five years when she plays the Universal Amphitheatre July 29-30. Tickets go on sale Sunday. The second night will be a benefit as part of Magic Johnson’s annual Midsummer Night’s Magic. . . . A Latin lineup of Fey, Nek, MDO, Elvis Crespo, Mikel Erentxun, Javier and the Chris Perez Band play the “Reventon Super Estrella” concert on Aug. 7 at the Arrowhead Pond. Tickets go on sale Saturday. . . . Tickets also go on sale Saturday for two Greek Theatre shows, Jamiroquai on July 7 and Los Lobos on Oct. 9. . . . Joe Strummer will be at the Palace on July 7.
