Arden Realty Inc. acquired 6701 Center Drive, a 16-story office building next to the 405 Freeway near Westchester. The real estate investment trust--which will rename the building Howard Hughes Tower--said the 313,726-square-foot structure will complement its adjacent properties at Howard Hughes Center, a 72-acre planned commercial development.
