The Casa Youth Shelter will host a class teaching “Pathways to Parental Empowerment.” Classes will be held from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursdays. Sessions will be held at the Los Alamitos Youth Center, 10909 Oak St., and will cost $15 per couple or $10 per individual. Information: (714) 995-8601.
