The Traffic Commission tonight will consider allowing two streets close to a $500-million golf course being built near Chino Hills State Park to be turned into cul-de-sacs. Residents who live near Brooklyn and Wabash avenues want the change to keep the additional traffic from the golf course and housing development out of the neighborhood. The meeting starts at 7 p.m. in City Hall, 4845 Casa Loma Ave.
