The City Council this week followed staff’s recommendation not to install crosswalks across Casa Loma Avenue between Imperial Highway and Yorba Linda Boulevard and to deny the conversion of a pedestrian flasher in the area into a traffic signal. Instead, it was recommended that the signs alerting motorists about the nearby school be improved.
