The City Council could establish permit parking on streets around El Toro High School to alleviate student parking problems Tuesday. Only cars with permits would be allowed to park on parts of Chaparral, Lantern and Loganberry lanes during certain hours.
The council will meet at 7 p.m. Tuesday at Lake Forest City Hall, 23161 Lake Center Drive.
