During Tuesday’s meeting, the City Council will vote on whether to approve a citywide Traffic Speed Zone Survey recently completed by the city of Orange’s traffic safety engineers.
The study recommends an increase in the speed limit from 45 mph to 50 mph on Valley View Street from Orangethorpe Avenue to Caballero Street. According to the survey, all other speed limits in the city should remain the same. The meeting will be held at City Hall, 7822 Walker St., at 7:30 p.m.
