Real estate services firm Kennedy Wilson Inc. said the formation of a hospitality division includes a goal to own or manage 25 high-end hotel properties within five years. The Beverly Hills-based firm has hired Bob Froman, formerly head of development for Interstate Hotel Corp., to lead the division.
