Auto Mall to Donate $100,000 to Schools

The Thousand Oaks Auto Mall will donate $100,000 to five local elementary schools Monday to help buy books and equipment to aid reading skills.
The presentation, scheduled for 8:30 a.m. at Park Oaks Elementary School, will be part of a campus reading rally to celebrate the birthday of late children’s author, Dr. Seuss.
A check presentation and rally will be held on the front lawn of the school at 1335 Calle Bougainvillea. For more information, call 492-3569.
