Comments on the Planning Commission’s bed and breakfast zoning proposal are scheduled for tonight’s public hearings during the City Council meeting at 7 p.m. The commission is proposing a zoning ordinance allowing bed and breakfasts with designated restrictions to be built close to Main Street. City Hall is at 211 8th St.
