Neal, Pransky Win Gymnastics Titles

Caitlin Neal of Lake Elsinore won the level 7 all-around title at the U.S. Assn. of Independent Gymnastics Clubs National Championships in Haines City, Fla.

Tiffany Pransky of Anaheim, who was third in the all-around, won the floor exercise and vault. She scored a 9.9 in the vault during the all-around finals.
