Atta Said to Blame U.S. for Most Wars

Suspected terrorist ringleader Mohamed Atta blamed the U.S. for most of the world’s wars, an FBI agent testified during a preliminary hearing in Alexandria for Agus Budiman, an Indonesian man who prosecutors believe was a close associate of Atta.
The hearing was halted and rescheduled for Thursday when Budiman’s court-appointed attorney said he could not represent anyone possibly tied to the Sept. 11 attacks.
