Council to Reconsider Permit for Topless Club

The Los Angeles City Council agreed Wednesday, as a result of a court ruling, to hold a new hearing on the disputed permit for an adult entertainment club in Tarzana as a result of a court ruling.
When the owners of Dino’s Victory Roadhouse were denied permission to convert a bikini bar into a topless club in 1999, the court ruled that the city had to provide evidence that other sites can be reasonably found that comply with city codes.
