At 6:05 last Thursday night I counted 11 channels--network and cable--covering, live, the “event” of arresting Robert Blake (“Robert Blake Arrested as Triggerman in Wife’s Killing,” April 19).
So much for the war in the Middle East. Congratulations, “news” channels. No more boring images of Taliban fighters; bring on the next salacious O.J. Simpson!
