Election Misdirection

Re “Davis Ads Aim to Cripple Riordan Before Primary,” Feb. 1: Here we go again. Why is it in every election year the main issue is whether the candidate is pro-choice or pro-life? What does that have to do with leadership ability? My question is, what has Gov. Gray Davis done for us, besides double our utility bills and give California a huge deficit? It’s no wonder Davis has to attack Richard Riordan personally; he has nothing to show for his accomplishments.
