Plans for a retail center near Moorpark College and a proposal to build warehouses are set for review during public hearings at tonight’s City Council meeting.
Members will consider allowing the building of Campus Plaza on 6.28 acres at the southwest corner of Campus Park and Collins drives. The development would include a gas station-convenience store with an adjoining car wash, a fast-food outlet and other retail spaces.
The council will also discuss a proposal to construct 85,675 square feet of leasable storage space, with offices, in two buildings on Los Angeles Avenue.
The council meets 6:30 p.m. at City Hall, 799 Moorpark Ave.
