Bristol-Myers’ Records on Drug Pricing Sought

Bristol-Myers Squibb Co. said it received U.S. subpoenas seeking records relating to pricing and marketing of drugs covered by Medicare and Medicaid.
The requests for documents came from the U.S. attorney’s office for the district of Massachusetts, the office of the inspector general of the Department of Health and Human Services and several states, the New York-based company said.
Shares of Bristol-Myers fell 7 cents to $26.02 on the New York Stock Exchange.
