5 Dead, 11 Missing After Tropical Storm

Five people were dead and 11 were missing after Tropical Storm Etau pummeled Japan with heavy rain and winds. Etau hit the Japanese island of Hokkaido after moving through the country for four days, the Meteorological Agency said.
