Henry Bibby’s whining about officiating is not only wearing thin, it is hurting his team.
After losing to a well coached and surprisingly athletic young Stanford team for the first time in four games, Bibby complained about foul calls at Maples and lamented, “SC doesn’t get any respect
The coach is put to shame by the mature wisdom of his junior guard, Desmon Farmer, who said, “Our execution wasn’t really there at the end. Griping about the calls threw our focus off the game.”
There’s a lesson there for Bibby. Will he heed it?
