5 Cleared in Jogger Case to Sue Over Convictions

The men cleared in the 1989 Central Park jogger attack have taken steps toward suing the police department and others they blame for their convictions.
Attorneys for the five former defendants said at a news conference that they are preparing documents notifying the city and the state of their intent to sue.
The attorneys said they will ask for $50 million for each man.
