Missing Man Found in Homeowner’s Backyard

A 75-year-old man who was reported missing over the weekend was found Tuesday when a homeowner in East Long Beach heard moans in his backyard, police said.
Kenneth Charles Heilman, who has Parkinson’s disease, left his home for a doctor’s appointment Friday and disappeared.
