Ex-Technician, 2 Others Sentenced in ATM Scam

A former bank technician and two other men have been sentenced to state prison for robbing an ATM technician in Newport Beach, police said.
Orange County Superior Court Judge Dan McNerney sentenced Thanh To, 23, of Midway City to four years in prison, Phylen Pen, 22, of Westminster to three years and Peter Nguyen, 23, of Irvine to two years.
Police found paperwork describing the crime and fingerprints that belong to To, who had serviced ATM machines.
