Can’t be done

There is no reasonable way to purchase an Adventure Pass (“Forest Grumps,” March 16). Signs say “you gotta have one.” But there is no kiosk, ranger or entrance station in sight. There should not be enforcement of something people cannot do, which is buy one of these things.
