A look at some of the statistical leaders across the Southland as reported to The Times:
RUSHING
* Alfredo Castaneda, Bell Gardens: Rushed 24 times for 269 yards and seven touchdowns, which ties seven others for fourth on the Southern Section single-game list, in a 68-44 Almont League victory over Alhambra Keppel.
* Jesse Ramirez, Montebello Schurr: Carried 27 times for 307 yards and four touchdowns in a 47-7 Almont League victory over Montebello.
* Dwight Tardy, Santa Fe Springs St. Paul: Ran 22 times for 254 yards and four touchdowns in 40-19 Mission League victory over La Canada St. Francis.
* Travon Titus, Harbor City Narbonne: Carried 16 times for 227 yards and five touchdowns in a 43-24 Marine League victory over San Pedro, the Gauchos’ first victory over the Pirates since 1983.
PASSING
* Karsten Sween, Ridgecrest Burroughs: Threw for 485 yards and four touchdowns in a 28-27 nonleague loss to Phelan Serrano.
* Robert Ambers, Venice: Completed 12 of 26 passes for 232 yards and three touchdowns in a 35-6 Western League victory over L.A. University.
* Contrell Walker, L.A. Jefferson: Completed 14 of 22 passes for 220 yards and two touchdowns to Travis Smith in a 27-7 Coliseum League victory over L.A. Locke.
* David Potts, Monrovia: Completed 12 of 14 passes for 254 yards and three touchdowns, including a 60-yard screen pass to Ryan Cole, in a 61-21 Rio Hondo League victory over San Marino.
MULTIPURPOSE
* Josh Parish, South Pasadena: Sophomore had two rushing touchdowns and recorded 10 tackles for the Tigers (5-0-1) in a 35-6 Rio Hondo League victory over Pasadena Blair.
