Hong Kong’s CR Airways Ltd. signed a preliminary agreement to buy 30 Boeing 737-800s and 10 Boeing 787 Dreamliners over the next five years. The total list price for the planes is about $3 billion, a spokesman for Chicago-based Boeing Co. said.
