Palestinian gunmen briefly kidnapped two journalists, an American and a Briton, as the pair drove through the central Gaza Strip town of Khan Yunis.
American Dion Nissenbaum, a reporter for Knight Ridder, and British photographer Adam Pletts were abducted by a renegade group of militants who once belonged to the ruling Fatah faction, said Palestinian Police Chief Brig. Gen. Alaa Hosni.
