Mexican Police Arrest Man in Terrorist Hoax

A 34-year-old Mexican national has been arrested on charges of making a false terrorist threat by claiming that a nuclear warhead was to be smuggled from Mexico to the U.S., the FBI announced Monday.
Jose Ernesto Beltran-Quinonez was arrested in Mexicali by Mexican authorities at the request of U.S. officials.
Beltran-Quinonez is accused of calling a 911 operator to say a warhead was being smuggled into the U.S. and delivered to undocumented residents from China and Iraq who were going to take it to Boston.
