From Times Wire Reports
Negotiations on reviving a Catholic-Protestant administration for Northern Ireland resumed.
The governments of Britain and Ireland, which jointly oversaw discussions with rival leaders at Hillsborough Castle near Belfast, hope that Protestants will eventually work again with Sinn Fein, the Irish Republican Army-linked party that represents most of Northern Ireland’s Roman Catholic minority.
Talks are to reconvene Feb. 20.
