Stricken Driver Dies in Bus Crash; Several Hurt

A tour bus driver died and several people were injured Thursday evening in a crash on the grounds of the Four Seasons Resort in Carlsbad, police said.
Authorities said the driver suffered a heart attack as the bus was in motion and lost control. The bus careened down a ravine.
It was unclear whether the driver died as a result of the accident or of the heart attack.
Several passengers were taken to a hospital, police said.
