Freeway widening will close carpool access on two freeways for four years starting Wednesday: the carpool connector between the westbound 91 and northbound Santa Ana Freeway, and the northbound carpool lane on Santa Ana Freeway from Magnolia Avenue to the Manchester Boulevard offramp.
