Boeing Gets $3.4-Billion Order From Continental

Continental Airlines Inc. ordered 34 Boeing Co. jets valued at as much as $3.4 billion to help support international growth.
Continental’s order is for 10 787 Dreamliners and 24 737-800s. The airline has 20 787s on order in all, making it the largest U.S. customer for Chicago-based Boeing’s newest jetliner.
Shares of Boeing fell $1.48 to $80.65. Continental declined 38 cents to $23.62.
