Musical Tribute to Billy Preston Planned

Joe Cocker and the Edwin Hawkins Singers are among the artists scheduled to appear at a musical tribute to Grammy-winning musician Billy Preston.
The public is invited to the tribute, which will be at 6:30 p.m. Monday at Faithful Central Bible Church’s Tabernacle, 321 N. Eucalyptus Ave., Inglewood.
Funeral services for Preston, who died June 6, will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday, also at the Tabernacle.
