Qayoumi New President of Cal State East Bay

California State University trustees have named Mohammad H. Qayoumi president of Cal State East Bay.
Qayoumi, vice president for administration and finance and chief financial officer at Cal State Northridge, will succeed Norma S. Rees in July at the institution formerly known as Cal State Hayward.
