Lawyer says Briton sought ‘another 9/11’

A British Muslim accused of inciting murder at a demonstration outside the Danish Embassy in London called for “another 9/11” across Europe, prosecutors at his trial said.
Web designer Mizanur Rahman, 23, denies the charges of inciting murder and racial hatred during February demonstrations against the publication of cartoons that featured the prophet Muhammad in a Danish newspaper. Many Muslims found the cartoons insulting to Islam and the prophet.
Rahman also called for “indiscriminate killing” of British troops in Iraq, prosecutor David Perry said.
“I wish to make it clear that this case is not a trial of Muslims,” Perry said.
