Quinn leads UCLA to 73-67 win

Four Bruins scored in double figures as UCLA’s women’s team defeated Washington, 73-67, Friday night at Pauley Pavilion.
Noelle Quinn recorded her sixth double-double of the season, scoring 21 points with 12 rebounds. Lindsey Pluimer had 12 points, Amanda Livingston 11 and Tierra Henderson 10 for the Bruins (11-11 overall, 5-5 Pacific 10 Conference).
UCLA put the game away in the final minute. With Washington (13-8, 6-4) leading, 67-66, Quinn made a three-point basket with 35 seconds left to give the Bruins a 69-67 lead. Then, with 15 seconds left, Pluimer made two free throws.
USC 65, Washington State 47 -- Shay Murphy’s game-high 18 points -- her 45th consecutive game in double figures -- led the Trojans (12-8, 6-4) past the Cougars (5-15, 1-9) at the Galen Center. It was the 250th victory for Coach Mark Trakh.
