Two arrested in alleged embassy plot

Security officers detained an army lieutenant and another man wanted in connection with an alleged terrorist plot targeting the U.S. Embassy and government buildings in Baku, authorities said.
The two, who were sought in what the government last month called plans for a “large-scale, horrifying terror attack,” confessed to the plot, officials said.
