CBRE Realty Finance: An article in the Business section on Wednesday about CBRE Realty Finance Inc. separating itself at the end of the year from CB Richard Ellis Inc. identified CBRE Realty Finance as a subsidiary of the Los Angeles real estate brokerage. CBRE Realty Finance is an independent company that is managed by a subsidiary of CB Richard Ellis, and it is this management arrangement that will be ending at the end of the year. CB Richard Ellis founded the finance company and still owns 5% of its stock.
