An autopsy has failed to determine the cause of death for adult film star Marilyn Chambers.
Ed Winter, the Los Angeles County coroner’s assistant chief, said Tuesday that Chambers probably died of natural causes, but additional testing would be required to pinpoint the cause.
Chambers was found dead Sunday night at her home in Canyon Country. She was 56.
Chambers helped bring hard-core adult films into the mainstream consciousness when she starred in the porn film “Behind the Green Door.”
