at Colorado 8, Pittsburgh 0: Ubaldo Jimenez pitched three-hit ball for eight innings, becoming the fourth member of the Rockies’ rotation with double-digit victories.
New York 6, at Arizona 4: Cory Sullivan tripled twice and Gary Sheffield had two singles in his return to the lineup, helping the Mets avoid a three-game sweep.
San Francisco 4, Dodgers 2 (10 innings): Juan Uribe’s homer ended it.
