Fliers’ bill of rights: An article in Saturday’s Business section about airline delays and new support for a passengers’ bill of rights said that passengers were stranded overnight on an airport tarmac in Rochester, N.Y., last month after their flight from Houston to Minneapolis-St. Paul was diverted because of bad weather.
