Yahoo Inc. believes that a lot of its good work has been overlooked, so it’s spending more than $100 million to get the word out.
The money is going toward a 15-month ad blitz, the Sunnyvale, Calif., company’s most expensive marketing campaign to date. The ads will run on TV, the Internet and other media in the U.S. and nine other countries and highlight Yahoo’s efforts to give visitors more ways to customize the pages they see on Yahoo.
