Hutchins obituary: A brief obituary of Colleen Kay Hutchins, Miss America for 1952, in Thursday’s LATExtra section should have referred to her by her married name, Colleen Hutchins Vandeweghe. Also, the obituary said she had four children but it named only two, Kiki Vandeweghe and Tauna Vandeweghe; her other children are Heather Shannon and Bruk Vandeweghe.

Jazz Bakery: An article about the Jazz Bakery in Thursday’s Calendar section misspelled the last name of the organization’s former landlord, Wally Marks Jr., as Marx.

Boxing: In Wednesday’s Sports section, a photo caption that accompanied an excerpt from the Web about the fight between Manny Pacquiao and Joshua Clottey mistakenly gave Clottey’s first name as James.
